From the Tours or Book Now page, choose the tour type, available date, departure time, and number of adult and child seats/guests. You can also upgrade to preferred seating; then, click "book now" to proceed to the checkout and payment page.


To purchase tickets for the Dyker Heights Christmas Lights tour, follow these steps:

1.  Visit the Tours or Book Now page.

2.  Select the type of tour you want, along with the available date and departure time.

3.  Indicate the number of adult and child seats or guests.

4.  If desired, you can upgrade to preferred seating to sit in the first five rows of the bus.

5.  Click on "Book Now" to proceed to the checkout and payment page.

Tour cancellation and refund policy:
- Cancellations made at least one week before departure qualify for a full refund. 
- Cancellations made within one week but at least 48 hours before departure are eligible for a 50% refund. 
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the departure time are non-refundable.
- Please note that a 4% ticketing fee will apply to all cancellations.
To book a private tour, you can either use our self-booking page or select the "Private Tours" option on our Contact Us form. Please provide the required information so we can determine the appropriate vehicle size and provide you with a quote. The minimum group size is ten guests, and the tour lasts 3.5 hours. We can customize the tour to include additional time and accommodate up to 54 guests on a coach bus.

Our private tour includes all the attractions featured in our premier group bus tour. Guests will receive gifts for children and the organizer, along with complimentary snacks and bottled water for everyone. Your group will travel in a private vehicle with a driver who will pick you up from a hotel or a single location in Manhattan and drop you off at a designated spot in Manhattan. Additionally, a licensed NYC tour guide will accompany your party, leading you on the best walking path through the prime viewing area of Dyker Heights to enjoy the beautiful Christmas lights and holiday decorations.
The bus tour provides round-trip transportation on a coach bus from midtown Manhattan to Dyker Heights, Brooklyn. The walking tour begins and ends in Dyker Heights, but all guests must travel to a designated meeting location on their own to meet our tour guide. Both tours include a 90-minute guided walk to experience the stunning Dyker Heights Christmas Lights up close, following the best walking path.
Our tour highlights the most famous neighborhood for Christmas decorations: Dyker Heights. We will stroll along the best walking path to admire the stunning Christmas light displays. Since one can only experience a fraction of what Brooklyn has to offer in a single trip, and making multiple stops can lead to lost time while boarding and reboarding the bus, our tour exclusively focuses on Dyker Heights.
In addition to Dyker Heights, there are beautiful Christmas decorations in various areas, such as Bay Ridge and Bensonhurst. We recommend visiting these neighborhoods and planning a day trip to DUMBO, where you can stroll along Brooklyn Bridge Park and dine at one of the many excellent restaurants.
Food trucks and street vendors line the path during the walking tour in Dyker Heights. On our Bus and Private Tour, we provide a complimentary snack and water bottle.
Our tours are in English, but this tour is all about viewing the picturesque homes and beautiful Christmas lights that speak for themselves.
While the website is primarily for self-booking, you can still submit a reservation request through our contact page, and one of our staff members will be in touch to assist you.
To ensure the most enjoyable time for our guests, we no longer offer tours during the Christmas holiday due to traffic gridlock and overcrowding in Dyker Heights.
You will travel in style on a comfortable coach bus that is climate-controlled, has a restroom, free Wi-Fi internet, electrical outlets to charge phones and electronics and plenty of storage space.
We release our tour dates during the summer months.  Please follow us on social media and sign up for our newsletter to be the first to know when tickets go on sale.
After completing your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation email shortly. You can print your ticket voucher and present it to our staff at check-in. If you’re unable to print it or forget to do so, you can simply show the email or ticket voucher on your smartphone or electronic device.
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure tickets for your preferred date and time. While we can accommodate last-minute requests, availability cannot be guaranteed. We do offer stand-by and wait-list options for sold-out dates.

Our website accepts all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For your security, we use PayPal’s secure payment portal. You can also choose to pay with your debit or credit card without creating a PayPal account by selecting the option "Pay with Debit or Credit Card.". You’ll need to enter your email address to receive a record of your transaction. If you would like to make a payment by an alternative method, please contact us through our contact page.

After you place an order, you will receive an email titled "Booking Confirmation from Dyker Heights Christmas Lights." If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam or junk folders. If you are still unable to find the email, please feel free to contact us through the "Contact Us" form, and we will be happy to resend it. Please note that the booking confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided on our website, rather than the one associated with your PayPal account.

Infants and children aged birth to two years can join for free if they sit on an adult’s lap. We introduced this ticket option to help us keep track of the number of children in this age group attending the tour. Additionally, we offer complimentary foam light-up sticks as a gift for the children.
